Review for Olde English Manor Apartments

Overall I'd have to say this place is a very kid-friendly facility to live in. Since it's essentially a cul-de-sac, cars can't really get too fast around here and it's set far enough away from main street that you wouldn't know it to live here for how quiet it is. The people here, for the most part, are quiet but friendly to my experience. I've heard rumor that there have been complaints on maintenance, but I haven't personally had any issues with it. When I've asked for repair it's usually done within a reasonable amount of time considering they seem to be constantly upgrading since I've been here. There aren't washers & dryers on site, but there are hook ups for them in the HUGE basement in each town home, which also makes a great storage facility for anyone who might be moving from a house-type setting (this would probably be beneficial)There are a few spiders here and there, but they aren't too bad, and I wish there was more than 1 exit onto main street. Other than those 2 items though, I really couldn't ask for more...okay, maybe a 3 bedroom - but I'm pretty sure they only have 2 bedroom apts. here :)It's a bit pricey for rent, but you get what you pay for - and for me it's worth it. Gas & electric aren't too horrible & there is central air (gorgeous in the summer!) - which I've been quite spoiled with. Definitely worth considering if you can afford it!
