in the last few months a "gentleman" was arrested for wife beating and a stockpile of guns was found.
another "gentleman" was also arrested for holding up the neighborhood convience store.
obviously no background check is down on potential renters!
pick up the cheektowaga bee and read the police blotter and you will read of at LEAST one police call for here every day.
in the few years that we've lived here there have been many changes and not one has been for the better!
make sure you ask about the hidden costs such as water---not only do you get charged for water but there is a "charge" to charge you.i'm sure if they can figure out a way to charge for oxygen they will.
there has been much discussion about dogs constantly barking---well 99 per cent of those dogs belong to owners living here.needless to say very rarely do you see the owners picking up after their dogs.
the 10 mile per hour speed limit is a joke as well as the stop signs---both are completely ignored.
i feel that you can do much better than these apartments which are rapidly going downhill!
