WARNING! If you decide to move out of Foxwood Apt's and buy a house like myself, they will make you fill out a "Option to Buy a House" form. What this means is instead of living here for a term of 12 months, you can give them 60 days notice from the 1st of the following month and they'll keep your security deposit! What a SCAM! Connie, the office Manager is a BITCH! They have you by the balls when you want to move out! The only reason I lived here is because I have a dog, and could not find any other apartments that allowed dogs!
