Review for Foxwood Apartments

I lived at the Foxwoods Apts. for 2 Years at first things seemed fine but it didnt take long to have my worst nightmare come true, Dogs big or small didnt matter, Dog Crap everwhere you step, It was being in a land mine. when the winter would come they would plow after a week of heavy snow if then stair were always slippery, Noise on bearable and the pool was suppose to be an enjoyment but really it more like swimming in your toilet bowl. the staff very hard to deal with they never give you respect you are more like a problem New mangement took over rents went up by about 50.00 to 100.00 A month they wanted you to pay for water and sewer . Landry rooms are always dirty and never gets clean. Grounds look nice to the naked eyes but you have to be dumb or blind not to notice the rest of it. The excerise rooms had alot of broken machines and you needed to pay for a key st 25.00 laundry cards were 5.00 and key deposit were 25.00 . at you have to pay all this when you first move in you have no choice. you also have to oay 100.00 cleaning fee when you first move in along with first and last. When you move out you lose you key deposits and excerise room deposit and the laundry card deposit as well as your 100.00 cleaning fee. Even if it is bettter than the day you move in. I can not tell youhow many times my car was hit in the lot they did not want to take care of the place. The staff there was very polite when you see it for the first time but after that you are just a problem to them they are rudeand the new mangerment is the worst they are out of new jersey . you have to mail your rent there no on site rent. hardly any maintance personal. office staff to rude to deal with. new jersey does not care the only thing they care about is your money. what a shame for the people that live there. beware of your worst night mare landmines are everywhere ( dog Crap).
