Review for Hollandale Apartments

I'm in my second Hollandale apartment now (found one with a nice lakeside view) and I've been generally pleased. When my lease last ran out and I started looking for other places to live, I thought I'd give their nicer, lakeside apartments a consideration. The staff was so helpful and friendly, they all know my name when I walk in now.

Even though the apartments aren't brand new they are in quite good condition. Maintenance has always been prompt when I've needed them (old plumbing is one downside however). The apartments are generally small (at least the one bedrooms I've seen) and fairly pricey ($800-$900). Kitchen appliances are a mixed bag, ranging from mildly used to very new. Yes, you can hear your neighbors, but it's not unreasonable. A subwoofer can be a problem though (where isn't it?).

Overall, the grounds and staff kept me here for at least another year though the apartment itself leaves a little to be desired. All-in-all, I'd still recommend it (with the above knowledge).
