Review for Parkwood Village Apartments

This place is absolutely terrible. The management & staff are both equally idiotic and there is a laundry list of negative things about this complex including:

Unfair & illegal billing/pricing practices including charging tenants to repair ill kept & faulty appliances

Maintenance workers that lack the knowledge and expertise to repair even the simplest malfunctioning device or problem in the residences

An extreme lack of parking mainly due to the constant "repairs" going on (I.E. orange cones littered around the property and nothing being repaired)

No enforcement of animal rules (There are easily 6 - 7 dogs/cats in some tenants' apartments) and dogs constantly bark and keep other tenants awake at night

Dangerous insects (there are bee hives EVERYWHERE around the property and numerous calls to the office to take care of these go unanswered because maintenance is VERY cheap and careless)

Complete LACK of respect for tenants by maintenance workers and office staff

Very noisy property, other tenants constantly playing loud music & stomping after legal hours

Dangerous environment (including a huge tree that is uprooted that is bound to fall onto someone's car)

Do not make the same mistake I did and move to Parkwood Village. You will pay the price if you move to this complex due to these reasons I've listed here. This has been by far, the WORST experience I have ever encountered in my time renting apartments (10+ years).
