Review for The Landings Apartments

I lived there for 1.5 years and I didn't have any real problems. I was on the first floor and my only complaint would be that the bedroom next to the stairs should have better sound insulation. Kept getting woken up early in morning from the people upstairs stampeding down the stairs. Moved to the other bedroom and haven't been woken up yet. Staff is always friendly and even takes and signs for deliveries when your not home. Would be better if the office had Sunday hours though, so we could pick up packages left on Saturday. Dust and cobwebs do accumulate on the outside walls; but the cleanliness of the inside makes up for it. There's also the occasional spider or ant that needs to be taken care of; but it wasn't a big deal. The gym is the cleanest and most functional one that I've seen in an apartment complex. The machines are always working or quickly repaired. Only moved out so I could save money for a house.
