Review for Twin Lakes Apartments

Management is rude and discourteous. Apartment is prone to flooding (and flooded) but that was never disclosed ($1200/month). Did not replace carpeting but extracted water and cleaned rugs. Smells moldy. BTW handmade pottery fell off a shelf because the plastic clips holding the shelf broke. They refused to replace all the plastic clips in the cupboards - never offered to replace the broken pottery and told me I owned 'House dishes' not apartment dishes. Dishes were porcelin from Pier I. Manager has lied to me in every phone conversation; fixed the leak (was not fixed), need to pick up equipment (it was already picked up), need to clean carpet (carpet was already cleaned), need to get into apartment (why? no reply was told 'just because').
