Review for Briarcliff Apartments

I agree with the last reviewer on the good points. I loved having my own attic for storage and my own washer/dryer in my apartment. Most of your shopping can be done in walking distance which is nice if you have transportation isssues. The management, however.....I don't know of any polite way of commenting on them. I moved out in April and they have YET to send me my deposit nor have they sent anything to me as to WHY they havent' sent it. The maintenance is timely but not very reliable. If something isn't fixed immediately, it is forgotten about until you call again. As far as snow removal goes, I think it was pretty good considering the size of the complex however, once the office hours are done, so is the snow removal.
