Apartment Review for Norwich Gate

I have been living in my apartment for 1 year. Since that time I have had numerous issues with my apartment that were not addressed in a timely manner. When they were addressed the jobs were done poorly, or not done correctly.

In the time that I've been there, there always seems to be a reason for rent going up...real estate taxes, etc.....come time for renewal and my rent is going up over $60 a month. As it is the rent is GROSSLY overpriced for what you get. The staff is another issue. One memeber of the staff will tell you one thing, and you'll get a completely different answer (or attitude problem) from another.

I wanted to contemplate my renewal and asked for a short extension, of course there's a fee for that, ON TOP of the rent increase.

I would say THINK TWICE about renting here. I have heard horro stories, I read the reviews, but I did it to myself. I should've gone with my instincts and went elsewhere.

Oyster Bay is a GREAT area, one of the positives to living there!
