The obnoxious staff think they are doing you a favor when you call for maintenance. Expect to wait 7 to 10 business days o get anyone to come and fix something.

In the past two years, the quad of about 25 apartments that I live in has had at least three incicents of "multiple" cars vandalized, parts stolen off of cars, two break-ins, and one attempted shooting.
