Apartment Reviews for Lakeside Villiage - East Patchogue

We have lived in this apartment for about 1 year, and are now leaving due to work placement. We are moving to another Heatherwood property. Overall, we really love living here, the place is clean, the local management is very quick to fix things and though the appliances are not the newest or the most modern, they take care of them quite often.

Our main problem is with the overall management at the heathewood office, they are not terribly helpful and often prefer bureaucracy over helping their tenants. It depends alot on who you deal with, but we have found them to be a challenge.

Also, though the property does have a "guard" at night, they do not do much. The place is safe, and is a great area to live in, but our car did get broken in recently, so do be careful not to leave anything in sight - it was stupid kids, which can happen anywhere.
