Dont Get Fooled By Exterior And Hill Top View

I had very bad experience with this apartment. Dont get fooled by the exterior and hill top view.


- The apartment was showed 15 days before the move-in and it was in repair condition. It was in the same condition on the move-in date too. It was fixed after 2 weeks.


- The closet doors never work.


- I suffered whole winter with heating troubles. Maintenance will appear as soon as you make a call. But work is poor. My heating unit was fixed 5 times.


- Heating unit makes hell lot of noise day and night.


- cockroaches


- very high gas bill ~ $350


The whole experience created upset my family.
