Apartment Review for Ridgeview Apartments

I had very bad experience with this apartment. Dont get fooled by the exterior and hill top view. <P>
- The apartment was showed 15 days before the move-in and it was in repair condition. It was in the same condition on the move-in date too. It was fixed after 2 weeks. <P>
- The closet doors never work. <P>
- I suffered whole winter with heating troubles. Maintenance will appear as soon as you make a call. But work is poor. My heating unit was fixed 5 times. <P>
- Heating unit makes **** lot of noise day and night. <P>
- cockroaches <P>
- very high gas bill ~ $350 <P>
The whole experience created upset my family. <P>
