Apartment Review for Wavecrest Gardens

I have been living here for less than a year now and have numerous complaints. Don't ever expect to get adequate heat in the winter. I froze all winter, even though I constantly complained. What they tell you when you are renting is a complete lie. The Laundromats constantly are broken with lots of irate tenants complaining. Nothing is ever fixed in a timely manner. I have seen the super of the building twice since living here which has to mean he does not upkeep the building. Rodents and bugs are tenants in the buildings also. Mold is also another complaint. Parking can drive you crazy. Come home by 7pm and you just might be in luck. The best part of this complex is the exterior. They make sure that they upkeep the landscaping. I really regret moving here!
