A clean, safe, well kept and friendly place to live. Great neighbors, even if they dont know you by name. Dog friendly and one a block away from the F train station. Lots of shopping, night life and movies, and the prices for the apartments are super cheap compared to Brooklyn and Manhattan. We are very happy here.

The Balfour is more than just a complex of apartments. It is more a true community where neighbors know each others names and check in on each other. The doormen (yes, more than one) are fantastic as well as the rest of the very large staff employed by the Balfour. The Balfour is a fantastic place to start a family and go out and adopt a dog or two because the Balfour is one of the few pet-friendly buildings in this beautiful neighborhood. Great School district and parksas well.
