I always said, "when you have something to say, but say it anonymously, you are saying nothing". If you don't stand up for who you are and for what you say, you say nothing.
The writer talked about roaches in 2007.
It has been kept under control and nicely managed ever since the problem was discovered.

As a mother I am always looking for safety, clean environment, and peace of mind for my children. But they grow so fast, and the only BIG dissapointment at the Executive House here in Forest Hills, is that they don't have 2BR. Our experience here has been wonderful. The two doormen are phenomenal - always helpful and caring. They work here for more than 14 years. Going that extra mile for anyone in need. Of course there are people who take advantage of their kindness, DON'T have manners,so rude, and when the holidays come, they have amnesia and don't even bother to give them a holiday gift. That's another story. Safety and Peace we found here thanks to them. The porter who has been here for more than 15 years, keeps this place impeccable. My apt. is beautiful, love it. I keep it CLEAN inside, and I know outside the staff also keeps it CLEAN because i Never got roaches. I am here more than 7 years now. We got the best location, parking, school district,so peaceful and MORE. The only thing I must confess is that the laundry room is small. But hey, we can't have everything in life.
