Review for Village View Apartments

This place is what is called a Moderate rehabilitation property and is crawling with drug users and dealers. Belmont Shelter and HUD subsidize the apartments by allow the rents to be double what they are for a comparable one bedroom in this village so you pay just as much as it you didn't have a government subsidy. The only thing is the unwed mothers get to live here almost free and there boyfriend and such move in and harass everyone else take your parking spot and sell drugs.

The thing with this place is instead of living in there apartments everyone here wants to live outside the main entrance door and in front of my apartment without any regards to the amount of noise they make, what they do and, who they talk about. They will stand outside your apartment and talk about you, and you hear everything and I've learned a long time ago to just ignore 99% of the stuff that's apartment living.
