It's OK but there are issues
The bad: Horrible insulation. The apt is only warm when the forced air is on -otherwise it cools down real fast. The front door gaps would easily.... Broadway Knolls

Bad place - Don't live here
This place is bad. The management people are rude and always lie that the carpet is new but after 1 year of living here I was told to pay for new car.... Hillcrest Village Apartments

It's not as good as it looks!

I HAVE LIVED HERE OVER A YEAR .THEY ARE GOOD AT HANDING OUT RULES, BUT NOT KEEPING UP THERE PART OF THE BARGIN. THERE IS NO PARKING FOR YOU OR YOUR G.... Broadway Knolls
