Review for Broadway Knolls Apartments

I have lived here for over a year and not much has changed. We get a lot of lip service about whatever problems are at the complex, but management doesn't do anything except write letters to people telling what rules they are breaking and that's as far as it goes. Now they do not you to display anything in your windows as it might ruin the image, yet people throw their cigarette butts and don't pick up after their animals, but that's OK they will get a letter about the violations. There are not suppose to be any gas or propane BBQ's on the decks, now that is stated in the lease but if you wander around the complex you see them in plain sight, they will get letters too. Parking is non existent. Everyone is suppose to have a sticker on their car and only 2 cars per apartment, yet there are cars without stickers. Our crack security staff who patrols the complex at night are suppose to have these cars towed but they are not. They too will get a letter. We have an island in the complex which has painted in the asphalt NO PARKING yet people park on it everyday but don't get towed because management ignores them. Yet if the fire marshall should come in he can ticket these cars and management will say that they told everyone not to park there. These islands were put there for a purpose so if there is a fire the trucks can get in which is very dangerous for all the tenents. My point is management sets all these rules and some of us who abide by them get ticked off when others get away with them. Management is afraid to enforce them as they might lose money. BEFORE YOU THINK ABOUT MOVING IN TALK TO SOME OF THE TENENTS.
