Review for Broadway Knolls Apartments

The bad:

Horrible insulation. The apt is only warm when the forced air is on -otherwise it cools down real fast. The front door gaps would easily blow out a candle.

Terrible soundproofing. My neighbor snores horribly and I can hear it!

No enough parking!

BUT it is conveniently located and if you are only going to stay a few years at best, it will suit it's purpose. The gym is really good if you spend what few free time you have trying to work out.

To sum up: If you are home a lot and have a lot of free time, this is not the place for you. If you need a nice (albeit overpriced a bit) place to call home while you work all the time for a few years until life takes you elsewhere, this will do it.
