Review for Forest Green Apartments

I've been here for about 5 years now and honestly, improvements have ocurred but with the pressure from shareholders. The board has been very laid back and has let the manager run the show. Although there is a full board, a few go to lunch and make the decisions and proceeds to inform the rest of the board.
The board has stopped the shareholders from using the clubhouse as a meeting place for their meetings. This was done to stop the "negative talk" about the board. Believe me when I say that was not the only issue discussed at these meetings. I wished they asked themselves that if they were doing such a good job, why would shareholders talk negatively about them. If you consider buying, ask A LOT OF QUESTIONS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
