Review for 805 E. Seneca St Apartments

This apartment is cheap for the location, but you get what you paid for. The walls are thin, you hear people opening and closing doors, walking up the stairs. The heater isn't always warm unless you live in apartment 1 and control the entire building. The furniture is old, the screens need to be replaced, the smoke detector is so sensitive it can pick up the fact that you are boiling water. They provide broken fridges, highly unsantized and covered in mildew shower screen. Don't expect to pay monthly, they have 4 installments that require you to pay your year's rent by January (if you rented in June) so that when you complain about something not working (i.e. the fridge) they don't fix it, or pretend to fix the lighting but it still doesn't work all the time. Oh yeah, there's not even a flip switch for the lights expect in the living room and bathroom. They attached this string to your overhead light and require you to tug it hard to turn on the light (hence the fact that the light is faulty).

Again, the only good thing about it is you don't pay for heat (although I suggest investing in a space heater cuz it doesn't always keep you warm), water won't ever be cold unless you tell it to, and the location is good for CT and commons. If you go by it, it will look worse on the inside than the outside, and I promise you the outside is a piece of work.
