Be very careful with Hasbrouck. You won't know in advance which apartment will be assigned to you. When I opened the door upon my arrival I was hit in the face with an almighty stink of cigarette smoke. To months later, I'm still struggling with management to get them to address the problem. They tried steam cleaning to no avail. To make matters worse, I found rodent droppings in the kitchen for the second time.
