The owners refuse to respond to complaints, they overcharge for rent, utilities, application fees. When they can't rent out all their properties, they overcharge for damage to properties and keep interest earned on your deposit which is illegal. They own other complexes as well and I've heard the same complaints at all of them (gaslight, northwood, warrenwood, candlewyck).
