One-bedroom is quite small. Limited--very limited--closet space.

This apartment building is great. There's a door man that works from 4pm-7am everyday.
The whole building is under 24 hour surveillance. The neighbors are really nice and the whole building is very quite.
There is parking available on the premises and your right next to the Belt Parkway, about 7 minutes away from Green Acres Mall, Home Depot, Walmart, Toys r us,etc and about 5 min from JFK.

There is also a Burger King right in the back of the building.
