Review for Charter Oaks Apartments

Unles you are just desperate with no other place to go....I do no recommend this place to anybody. The maintenance men will not repair a thing in your home...like a shelf broke in the refrigreator (told I have to pay for it) or a toilet seal broke (told to put towels around it) or even the floor balcony was old and when you step on the board it go down (maintenance did want to repair this one). If you call after hours like for no heat in the wintertime I was told by the mainteance man not to bother him while he is with his family! He didn't care if you were cold he was in a warm place! In the wintertime the plowing is bad they plow when they feel like it sometime not at all on weekends! The apartment gets ants in the summertime and mice in the winter and they don't do anything about it! And if you want anything done they want you to pay for it! Just a horrible place to live!
