Review for Harborside Manor Apartments

Keeping in mind that this complex has 12 families per building and many buildings in the entire complex, this is a nice community to live in. The office staff are very attentive and pleasant. The maintenance staff is dependable and they follow-up to be sure you are happy with any work that is done. The landscaping, the grounds, the pool area are always well maintained and pretty with flowers and lots of color. Some of the older buildings require more upkeep, like the floors in my third flr unit are sometimes unlevel in some areas but just mention any concern to the staff and they take care of it. The kitchens have beautiful solid oak cupboards that I love. We have been here three years and just signed again for the 4th year. Remembering that you are in a "complex" of other families, it is all-in-all one of the better places to live in the Liverpool area. Rent includes basic cable, heat and hot water. You do have to pay separate for water/sewer, and electricity.
