The lobby often smells atrocious. Maintenance is awful. Takes weeks to get a light bulb changed in the common areas. Elevators are frequently broken. Management allows very large dogs and yet do not clean the urine from the sidewalk in front of the building. The stench is sickening. I've never seen another "luxury" apartment complex so poorly maintained. Oh, and "concierge service" is a joke.
