Review for Rockrose Devel. Corp./East Coast Realty Apartments

anything the leasing office tells you is a lie. the gym is never open. the pool was not approved by the health inspector, so it's off limits. the game room is not functional. the decor is cheap and falling apart. there is no grocery store, nor a duane reade, nor a starbucks moving into the bottom floor. those are empty commercial spaces with no one (at present) planning to move in. no rent stabilization or government caps... rent can (and will, based on the 2-year old rockrose building across the street) go up 10-15% each year you stay there. this isn't the way the realtor explained the building, is it?? sound too good to be true?? guess what... IT IS. bogus company. BEWARE.
