... it's still just a turd. Rockrose Development Corp. is known in the business for building trending-looking residential buildings as quickly and cheaply as possible, then renting them for top-dollar as if "luxury" and "quality" were the same thing. The results are fancy wallpapers with seams that don't line-up; carpeting that is literally peeling off the floor; appliances with missing parts in the kitchen; chipped and misaligned tile in the bathroom; a rushed construction crew that fails to open 50% of the building on time - forcing tenants to fend for themselves for the days that they were not allowed to move in; laundry facilities that simply don't work ... the list goes on. When it comes to service, everyone keeps a smile on their face while they explain to you why Rockrose could care less about their tenants. It is the company of a million excuses and two million false promises. Bottom line - invest at your own risk. Living here is like buying a diamond from Walmart ... it might look ok from a distance, but you're dealing with a company whose goal is not to provide quality - and they don't - they just want your cash. And once they've got it, you're on your own. <P>
