Apartment Review for Avalon

a Couple days after I moved into Avalon Willow I learned about multiple break-ins and thefts. That was a big surprise and I wish the staff was more truthful about it. More recently the break-ins have continued and the aomplex refuses to upgrade the locks. Amazingly this isn;t the only issue at Avalon. This spring (2007) Westchester recieved 2-3 inches of rain. That caused some flooding at certain areas around the county. One of those areas was the garage at Avalon Willow (4ft deep) and totaled many cars that were parked there including mine and my roomates. I guess you could say, well it happens but what I learned was that the same thing happened 2 years ago. What I object to here is the fact that the staff didn't make us aware of this fact. <P>
