Apartment Review for Malta Pointe

These Apartments are terrible and unsafe:

you have to do all your own maintenance if you want anything fixed correctly, my husband and I went without heat for almost a month because they didn't fix it. MY husband replaced a bunch of the electrical outlets because they were lose and shorting out (FIRE HAZARD). There are constantly people smoking pot in broad daylight outside of the apartments and parties that last all night with people yelling and music blasting, cops come but not often and the Office staff doesnt give a crap about disruptions. Our bath tub leaked all over the stair case maintenance came when we told them to wait for someone to be home because of our animals but they came when no one was there and they didn't fix the leak my husband re-caulked the whole bath tub.
Management wants nothing to do with you they will not deal with any type of problem at all, also they will not talk to you in a civil manner all they want is your money. the garages do not lock effectively enough to protect your belongings and you cannot put a lock on the garage yourself. People are constantly breaking into the cars in the parking lot to try to get drug money etc. There are children in the neighborhood running around at all hours of the night screaming profanities. NOT A CHILD FRIENDLY ENVIRONMENT. Windows do not seal and there is a constant draft coming through, heating costs were insane in the winter. The people who operate the snow plows park right behind your cars and will not move unless it is convienent for them making you late for work. Mail is constantly lost and delivered to the wrong address (VERY UNSAFE).
OVERALL: i would never ever step foot into a solomon run property ever again nor would i ever suggest anyone ever live in them unless they are fine with being unsafe and fixing everything themselves and paying a ton for appliances that don't work and your car getting broken into. I feared for my pets everyday i left because there was so much crap that went on i am surprised the place hasn't burnt down yet due to the electrical code violations.
