Review for Fairhaven Apartments

Management will stonewall and ultimately ignore tenant complaints about noise, malfunctioning appliances, pets (ads state a strict no pet policy but that's a lie), and uncarpeted upper floors (lease states carpeting is required). Vandalism in the parking lot is common. I've had my tires on my new $35K sedan slashed and my car keyed. Management's response to this was not to respond. Lighting in the tenant parking lot is sparse and dim. Maintenance only responds to "emergencies" after hours and weekends. Advertised rental rates are regularly exceeded at lease renewal time. Expect your complaints to be ignored, expect to be disrespected, and to have your intelligence insulted by arrogant, lying management employees. Management will do everything they can to avoid responding to your problem, hoping you will give up trying to get it resolved. Living here is a nightmare. Run away. Don't even think of renting from Fairhaven unless you love to suffer. Fairhaven sucks.
