Apartment Reviews for Jeanne Marie Gardens - Nanuet

My boyfriend and I recently moved out of Jeanne Marie Gardens and relocated to the city. I was sad to leave. I had a wonderful experience there. It's a safe area, with a really incredible group of people running the office. The few maintenance issues we had were taken care of promptly. When we moved out we recieved our total deposit back. I'd imagine that anyone who didn't get their deposit back must have damaged the apartment in someway. Living there was nothing but a positive experience for us.

I just purchased my first home. I lived at Jeanne Marie Gardens for 7 years. I moved out in April 2006. I received all my security back. I know other people who lived at Jeanne Marie Gardens who also moved and they received all their security back. This place is very clean and well kept. Any maintenance requests are taken care of right away. The staff is great !!!! I read the other review and I must say for someone not to get back their security, they must have left the apartment in very bad shape!!!!!! As for charging for extra people in the apartment, I know for a fact they do not charge you if you have company for a few days or so, but if you sneek in extra people to live in the apartment, as some people do try, they will charge you. I know I would not want to live underneath someone who has 5 people living in a one-bedroom apt. coming and going at all hours. That is what makes this place great, the management trys to make it comfortable for all of us to live in peace and quiet. I would recommend this apt. complex to everyone.!!!!!!!!!!!! <P>
