Apartment Review for 334 E. 79th St

I have been living in this building for 3 years and I think it is a great building to live in. I know one of the tenants wanted to get out of his lease so he made complaints about everything. They were all false. My apt. is a triplex which makes it a great layout. (I think most of the apts. in the building are similar). The manangement and supt. are easy going and do not hassel you with small details. I like that there is a laundry room and the apt. is in a great location. I do not have any problems with bugs and have the exterminator that the building provides do my apt. every month. Alot of the tenants do not stay home to let him in and then complain about bugs.
