Apartment Review for 421 East 76th Street

This apartment is a very small studio with good size separate kitchen and bathroom. The apartment located on the ground floor facing street (south) and has its heating system built in with the A/C. The building is well maintained and the super is very nice. Most of the time the neighbors are quiet, the guys live across the hall sometimes play loud music, but never after 11:00pm. The room is new and the shape of the apartment is great. But the heater doesn't not work well in the winter and it tends to be pretty cold in the winter. Besides that, I like the apartment a lot.
