its not the dakota but it's a well-maintained building; though they can do better. <P>
overall, a great building with the hardest-working superintendent in nyc. <P>
the neighborhood is beautiful, family-oriented, lots of parking... one of the best-kept secrets in nyc. i hope it stays the same. <P>
