Resident reviews say it is a good value and rate the building as pet friendly. They say: "In general the building is quiet, the neighbors are friendly and the staff is great, really nice, friendly and attentive. It's a great neighborhood, close to lots of schools, restaurants, everything you need. I would say that for the price it's an excellent living situation."
