Review for Chili Commons Apartments

Chili Commons has the rudest, most incompetant, office staff, including the stand-in manager. Their maintanence staff comes to fix things and they leave it almost as bad as it was before. All of the carpets were stained when we moved in and we asked to have them replaced, not surprising that they havent done so yet. We asked to have our garbage disposal fixed because it was leaking all over the place in the cupboard under the sink. They replaced it but didnt bother to make sure it work, so when i went to use it, it made a horrible metal grinding noise. It took them a week to come to replace it and they neglected to notify me that they were coming and just walked in my house at 830am while i was still sleeping.
