Apartment Review for K H S Rentals

At first the place seemed great. Directly across from Clarkson and cheap. However, the owner, Karl Schreyer, is not to be trusted with one cent! Naturally, he just seemed like a typical ******* landlord that had to prove that he was a **** in order to have control over the apartments. But Karl is different, he is narcissistic.

My four roommates and I have moved out of the apartments two months ago and have yet to receive a dime from our $600 per person deposits ($3,000!). We've tried talking to him like a normal human being but he only has created excuses, has hung up on us multiple times on the phone, and has obviously spent our deposits (which is illegal in NY!). Two of us have already submitted small claim law suits and the other 3 will follow. It is beyond ludacris. DON'T TRUST KARL SCHREYER!
