Review for Corlies Manor Realty Llc Apartments

I would not recommend this apartment complex to my worse enemy. They do not fix anything in the complex and I agree with the review above that they only maintain the exterior. My parents currently have a plumbing issue in their bathroom that is in danger of the ceiling above collapsing on their head. It is a hazardous and unsanitary condition and the management company Kamson refuses to do anything about it. My parents on elderly people on a fixed income so it is not that easy for them to pick up and move. Do not believe the motto on Kamson.net website: We treat our residents as VIPs. Please flee from any complex managed by this company.
