Manager sucks. Accused me of breaking the plastic on the microwave vent. Called me to tell me I was getting charged for TV splitters that the cable company provided to me directly when they came out upon move in. The apartment was stripped of them prior to my move in. The apartment was dirty upon move in, they rely on the previous tenant to clean them. Carpets looked like they were 20 years old and full of stains. If you have to live in this area there are plenty of split houses for rent on craigslist.
