Review for Heatherwood House At Lake Ronkonkoma Apartments

I am still living in this apartment but will flee when my lease ends. After I signed the lease the first day apartment superintendent said not to bother him for the maintenance and he won’t attend or honor my problems I have to fix by myself. The apartment is badly constructed inside and it has a slope in the kitchen. My wife fell down; broken her knees and undergoing treatment. I agree they keep the lawn clean and neat but they don't bother about inside. This is a good apartment for one who wants to live and sleep outside on the lawn,grass. This is a maintenance free apartment as per the word of the superintendent meaning you should do your own maintenance and not allowed to bother him. I find a new maintenance guy very cooperative but he cannot do anything without the consent of the superintendent (my bad luck). So I would recommend this one if you spend all your time outside the apartment on lawn…I read the all the reviews and the last reviewer is saying he don’t know what others are saying I think because he didn’t lived in that apartment may worked for it…:)
