No maintainance request honoured and apartment super ask money to do the work. You will end up paying less if you hire someone outside and he doesn’t allow to do that. few months after you move into the aparmtment everything will fall apart, it is not unique to me this is happening to all of my neighbors too. I paid lot of money to the super to put a strom door and after many months rolled over he didn’t do anything. I am losing money peace of mind every day. I am not extending the lease and waiting for the day to run out of this apartment. Moving to this apartment is like buying a big trouble.
