Rivercrest Is Way Overpriced!

Rivercrest's rents are out of control, the complex is very poorly lit. Management and maintenance also leave alot to be desired. It is more transient than a motel, it seems that people are always moving in and out of the place!
Overall, I was extremely disappointed with Rivercrest "Luxury" Apartments.
