Honestly, this is an up and coming neighborhood. There are a lot of new restaraunts popping up.. It's cool to see a transformation. Most of the tenants here are Manhattan commuters. NYC is so expensive, i get the amenities of nyc without the price tag. My commute is only 30 mins to midtown. Not bad. If you are expecting a luxurious "Westchester" neighborhood like you see on TV shows, this neighborhood is not for you. As those neighborhoods are like Armonk, and Bedford and no they do not have apt bldgs there. So if you are looking for great, ammenities, cool restaraunts and you are not super pretentous... This is a good place to call home. I have and plan on staying to see all the great plans that are in the works. Some people either absolutely love it or hate it.... I personally like the benefit of living in a suburban city with easy access to the city and the ability to have a car. It's all a matter of preferance. And also, I know I did not sign a lease to have the management company monitor what's going on in the privacy of my own home. Nor do I want them to. Happy House Hunting!!!

So far I have enjoyed living here. I have a puggle (beagle and a pug mix dog) and there are a few other tenants that have puggles too. Very big dog community which is nice! The finishes in the apt are nice and the amenities are great. Lots of good restaraunts. And even Peter Kelly's X20 has a neighborhood night where there is a discounted menu for ppl that live in the neighborhood. So far I only have posiive things to say about 66 Main. When i read a few reviews it made me laugh.. BC i know there are a few deadbeat tenants that are disgruntled. Ahhhemmm pay your rent and you wont have issues with management. I know i do.. and have never had an issue. I know my neighbors even from the other bldgs bc of my doggy. Nice feeling to know the ppl that live around here.

So far so good - I moved in about 6 months ago and I like it here. I was a little bit nervous about the area and neighborhood but I've had no issues so far.

I am original tenant who has lived here since day one. The building has great ammenities always kept clean and the maintenance staff is super nice all the time. Management goes out of there way to help - it's like a small family here. Don't look anywhere else!

I have lived at 66 for 2 years and no plans of leaving. The the front desk staff are friendly and polite and management is always helpful. The amenity's are better than any building of its kind in the area and the apartments great mine has everything I need and more.

I love this building it is soo modern. I love knowing that there is 24 hour concierge and I can go down at any time and speak to them if i need to. Its also great having the staff on site. Moving in is usually stressful but Jordan, Jessica & Barbara are a great team!!!

I reccomend this building to anyone who wants to get out of NYC and still live in a luxuary building or if you just want to live in Westchester.

66 Main rocks! Best rental building I've lived in so far - even better than NYC buildings. Management pays attention to my request and I've made so many friends in the building.

I love living at 66 Main Street in Yonkers. Staff is attentive, building is clean, and its right near NYC where I go a lot. Reccomend this building to anyone looking for a luxuary building in Westchester.

but I got transfered to Boston. Great management and staff - always made me feel my issues were taken seriously. Had a great time getting to know other tenants in the building - will miss 66 Main.

I currently live @ 66 main in a one bedroom. I was a little skeptical at first about moving to an up and coming neighborhood but I have been pleasently surprised by the building and especially the management of the building. Everybody goes out there way to be freindly and nice. Great place also if you work in NYC...only 25 minutes by Metro North and Car.

I recently moved into 66 Main 2 months ago and so far I am very impressed with the level of customer service I get on a daily basis. The Concierge actually knows my name and management is very responsive. The neighborhood is great and it's 25 minutes into Manhattan and close to all Westchester shopping. Can't say enough good things about the building.

I was totally shocked to read some of the reviews.. I currently live at 66main and was one of the original tenants. I am going on 3 years and love my apartment and the close proximatey to the train it only takes me 20 minutes to get into the city. Every new bldg goes through growing pains but I think they have really worked them out. But this is a really hip and modern bldg!!! It has a NYC vibe with out the heavy price tag. The staff has been great!!! I have no intent of leaving!!! Don't listen to those reviews they are probably bitter residents that couldnt pay their rent if they are getting late fees!!!!!!

I have lived at 66 Main Street for 2 years and love the place. The Staff treats me like family and always responds to my needs. The building has a lot of ammentities like a basketball court, screening room, community room, and sundeck. I have become best friends with my neighbors and truley enjoy the neighborhood and its local mom and pop stores and shops.

I live at 66 Main currently and can't wait to get out. The building and apartment are nice and I don't have any issues with safety in the neighborhood, HOWEVER the building is terribly run. The staff is a joke. Rent statements have random fees tacked on without explanation. They forget to send lease renewals unless you remind them. It's kind of a joke all around.

I recently had to move because of work transfer. if not i would have defiinately stayed. the apartments are modern and the building is well kept!! the best part of my experience was getting to know my neighbors through the building gatherings and the staff. The staff knew me on a first name basis and that alone made my time there great! the only problem that i encountered while there was a lot of turn over with the concierge and staff. but other than that i will miss it there.
