Super that is an alcoholic pervert. No heat, filthy, roaches, mice. You will be threatened and have to deal with drug dealers who basically run the building. Forget about the mayor's office, they will not help and the Department of Heat is on their payroll so forget about ever getting help. Do yourself a favor and live in a box before you rent here.
