Apartment Review for Sherwood Terrace

Radio Realty just wants the $50 credit fee which really cost $10 - $20. I went to them last week and told them my situation, "my credit score isn't good its under 650, I am employed and have pay stubs to prove my income and I am looking for a 1 bedroom under or about $950." I was shown the apartment at Sherwood Terrace on the first floor 1 bedroom. After I saw it and fell in love with the space and closets I asked the person showing it to me, "This is $950 right?" The person answered, "No, its $995." I didn't think that was too bad.
As we go back to the Radio Realty in Mt. Vernon, I called a friend and asked him to google Sherwood Terrace and this is the site he tells me about.
Anyways we arrive at the real estate office and by then the run my credit and tell me I don qualify becasue my score is under 650. I get charged $50.

My thing is this, I asked to view a 1 bedroom at or under $950 and I get shown $995. I tell them my score is under 650 and they take my around the world, run my credit and charge me $50, when they already knew that I wouldn't qualify.
