Apartment Review for Sherwood Terrace

The building use to be nice and pleasant but since new mgmt - Samson Mgmt they constantly raise the rent to pay for "improvements" such as poorly done landscaping and fake roof repairs, however there's not enough heat and hot water. Not to mention the water itself is always a lovely color of brown. The new tenants enjoy hanging out in front of the building and on the staircase getting high and drinking. When it snows it could takes days to get someone to plow. You can pay for parking but the gargage isn't maintained either and they don't like to plow it. The repairs and "renovations" are done by the cheapest possible laborors who use the poorest quality of materials. The only thing the super does is put out the trash. No one mops or sweeps the halls and their are roaches. <P>
Don't let the outside or location fool you - if you like heat, hot clean water and a well maintained building - this isn't the place for you. <P>
