Apartment Review for Sherwood Terrace

There is never any heat, the roach and mice problem is unbearable, and the super is a PIG. The snow is never plowed, and the sidewalks are not shoveled. It was truly the most horrible experience of my life and I beg anyone thinking of moving here to KEEP LOOKING. There are much better and cheaper options out there. Plus, don't get fooled by the "application process". They let any sort of trash in, which has led to crime and drugs and fear of going out after dark. It is a shame that such a lovely property has fallen to ruin, but Samson Management is terrible, they will do nothing to help you and treat you like dirt in the process.
